Ningbo Dekai Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in the famous Ningbo Beilun Port, adjacent to the Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway and Tongsan Expressway, 28 kilometers away from Ningbo Airport, with excellent sea, land, and air transportation. The company was founded in 1990 and is a privately owned sole proprietorship enterprise, covering an area of over 5000 square meters. In recent years, the company has continuously increased capital investment, technological improvement, and talent cultivation, using advanced CAD/CAM/CAE technology as the core to optimize the design, manufacturing, and processing of molds, and has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification. The company has introduced two precision CNC machining centers, equipped with advanced EDM electric discharge, wire cutting, and conventional mechanical processing equipment. Excellent talents, advanced technology and equipment have greatly improved the accuracy and speed of mold production. In order to meet market needs, the company has also purchased six cold chamber die-casting machines (1250T, 800T, 550T, 400T, 280T, 200T) and processing centers, CNC lathes, vibration polishing machines, shot blasting machines, and other post-processing equipment for castings. We outsource various surface treatments such as spray molding, electrophoresis, electroplating, and baking paint to directly provide customers with one-stop production line services from mold design to finished products, providing high-quality die-casting products. Our company mainly manufactures die-casting molds, magnesium alloy die-casting molds, casting molds, and aluminum and zinc die-casting products. Our products mainly include automotive parts, electrical appliances, lighting fixtures, lawn mower series, etc. Our company sincerely hopes to cooperate and develop with domestic and foreign merchants.
